The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) ended last week hosting a ribbon cutting with Legends Flat Townhomes (LFT) in Baxter.
“This stunning new development features 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhomes with a 1-car garage, open concept living areas, gourmet kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, spacious master suites with luxurious bathrooms and private patios,” according to the Chamber.
The townhomes are located at 336 Legends Circle in Baxter.
“Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfortable, modern living. Congrats to everyone involved, and welcome to Baxter,” according to the Chamber.
