SPARTA – White County’s Moeller Marine Products, a leading fuel tank manufacturer for the recreational marine industry, announce the appointment of Kevin Kyle as aftermarket sales manager.
A lifelong boater, Kyle has worked in the marine industry for more than 28 years. Most recently, he was the area sales manager for Northern Lights Inc., where his responsibilities included all recreational, commercial and industrial generator sales in the upper Midwest and Canada. Prior to Northern Lights, Kyle was the director of purchasing for Vita-Plate Battery, where he managed purchasing and inventory of more than 13,000 SKUs for 140-plus vendors. Before assuming purchasing responsibilities at Vita-Plate, Kyle supervised a team of inside and outside sales reps as sales manager.
Kyle began his career in retail sales at West Marine and was a technical sales representative for Interlux & Awlgrip Yacht Finishes for more than five years. He attended Bowling Green State University and served in the United States Navy.
According to Moeller Division President Doug Linder, Kyle is an important addition to the Moeller sales corps.
His hire was effective in July.
