Pickett County sits at highest number with 5.7%

Jobless numbers improved across much of the Upper Cumberland region, with several counties reporting slight declines compared to the previous month.

Warren County’s rate stands at 3.2%, down from 3.6%. Cannon County sits at 2.7%, down from 3.2% the previous month, while Clay County is at 4.1%. Cumberland County reports 4% and DeKalb County comes in at 3.7%.

Pickett County sits at 5.7%.

Fentress County stands at 3.6% while Van Buren County is at 3.1%. Jackson County recorded 3.9% in February, and Macon County stands at 2.6%. Overton County is at 3.6% and Putnam County is at 3.1%.

Smith County sits at 3% while White County is at 3.8%, down from 4.5% last month.
