COOKEVILLE – Goodwill will host a job fair today from 1 – 3:30 p.m. at the Bend Church, 1810 N. Dixie Ave. Over 500 positions are immediately available from 13 employers in Putnam county.
Employers include Cookeville Regional Medica Center, Putnam County School System, Lowe’s, ResourceMFG, Addus Homecare, New Hope, Quality Private Duty Care, Home Instead, Wise Staffing Group, Senior Solutions Home Care, Randstad Staffing, Perdue Foods and Pacesetters.
Openings include Welder, Material Handler, Childcare Aid, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Caregiver, Food Service Aid, Housekeeper, CNA, LPN, CNC, DSP, Forklift Operator, Construction, School Nutritional Employee, Assembly, Homemaker, Production, Machine Operator, Packer, Packing, Palletizing, Machine Op and Line Workers and other positions. Rates of pay reach $20 per hour.
