Faith guides the company, project must be completed by April 1

Homestead Timber Frames (HTF), which specializes in “creating one-of-a-kind structures that combine functionality with breathtaking aesthetics,” has signed a purchase agreement on its Crossville location and has plans to build its “state-of-the-art” corporate headquarters on a 20-acre parcel in Cookeville, adjacent to Interstate 40.

According to a release by the company, the project must be completed by April 1. HTF says the project “will establish a new shop and office space to meet the growing demand for HTF’s custom timber frame structures.”

“HTF has partnered with East Tennessee Contractors (ETC) to bring their vision to life. The headquarters will feature a 7,200-square-foot timber frame shop and a 3,000-square-foot timber-framed office space that showcases HTF’s craftsmanship,” according to the company.

HTF General Manager Tim Dennis and Principal Partner Luke Bussey are committed to quality and innovation.

“At Homestead Timber Frames, our clients don’t just buy buildings—they buy ‘wow,’” said Dennis. “This new headquarters is more than just a workspace; it’s a testament to the timeless beauty and enduring legacy of timber frame construction. We’re thrilled to work with ETC, a company that shares our dedication to precision, collaboration, and excellence.”

Bussey says faith guides the company.

“Building is more than a business for us – it’s a calling. Guided by faith, we strive to make every project a collaborative effort. Partnering with HTF on this endeavor is an honor, and we are committed to bringing their dream headquarters to life.”

HTF’s new headquarters will support operations and showcase craftsmanship, and its mission is to be a source of inspiration for clients.
