Florist opened in 1953
Cookeville – On Sunday afternoon, Gunnels Florist (GF) celebrated a milestone very few businesses accomplish, 70 years in business.
The Cookeville staple marked the occasion with a celebration that welcomed the public with giveaways including a single stem rose for every visitor and a grand prize of an arrangement every month for a year.
Gunnels has been family owned and operated since 1953.
