Celebration begins at 10 a.m.
Meadows Properties is hosting the grand opening of the Village at 280 Meadows Properties at Vera K Court in Baxter (next to 7160 Olan Maxwell Road) on July 24.
The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for the celebration.
“Discover these new rental homes located in Baxter featuring beautiful open-floor concepts and amenities like high-speed WIFI, weekly trash pickup, lawn and pest care, and private patios,” said the Chamber. “Be some of the first to come check them out.”
The celebration begins a 10 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m. Ribbon cutting starts at 11 a.m., and there will be an open house from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
