Chamber will be on-site for the event

Legacy Solutions Group/Found Co. and Barrier Waterproofing Systems will soon hold a ribbon cutting.

The two business, who have been serving the Upper Cumberland for nearly twenty years, recently purchase a location they will share at 113 E Spring Street in Cookeville.

“These businesses have recently opened at a shared location and are hosting a grand opening celebration,” said the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber).

The Chamber will be on-site for the event on Friday June 28 at 3 p.m.

“Legacy Solutions Group, a family-owned and operated company, specializes in personal property appraisals, estate sales and home staging,” said the Chamber. “Found Co., a division of Legacy Solutions, offers hand-selected antiques and home consignments. Barrier Waterproofing Systems is Middle Tennessee’s premier basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and foundation repair company.”

Join them to celebrate the new location and learn about their services.

“At Barrier Waterproofing, we offer interior systems as well as exterior solutions, and my customers will be informed and educated before making a decision,” according to the Barrier Waterproofing systems website.

Sarah Hawlik shared on Facebook her excitement about the new location.

“We offer home staging, estate liquidations and construction/rehab project management,” she said in the post. “Found Co. is … a consignment shop that has an emphasis on antiques and everything for the home!”
