Lateef joins Tennessee Heart after a residency in internal medicine at Creighton University
CRMC has announced multiple new team members.
Dr. Samuel Floren, MD. Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat specialist) has joined Upper Cumberland Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) following a residency in otolaryngology (specializing in head and neck surgery) at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.
Floren brings a patient-centered, compassionate approach and broad-spectrum otolaryngological experience, according to a release from Cookeville Regional Medical Center
“Dr. Floren joins Dr. Floren is an exciting addition of the Upper Cumberland ENT team,” according to the release. “Dr. Floren is currently accepting patients. For more information, call 1-877-DRS-CRMC.”
Joining him on the CRMC team is Dr. Brent Klinkhammer Electrophysiologist, who has joined Tennessee Heart
“Cookeville Regional Medical Center is excited to welcome electrophysiologist Brent Klinkhammer, M.D. to its medical staff. Dr. Klinkhammer will leverage the expertise gained during more than 15 years in medicine, including at cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York, a general cardiac fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center, and residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center,” according to release by the company.
Dr. Klinkhammer will be joining the medical practice of Tennessee Heart with fellow cardiologists:

CRMC is also welcoming interventional cardiologist, Noman Lateef, M.D. to its medical staff.
