Luxury Lofts near completion and exclusive clubhouse takes shape

Cumberland County’s Flatrock Motorclub, a 3.5-mile, 23-turn circuit that weaves through dramatic elevation changes and was created by the renowned Tilke Engineers and Architects, has reached a major milestone: its exclusive Founding Memberships have officially sold out.

“As construction nears completion on Flatrock’s premium luxury lofts and momentum builds for the unveiling of the club’s signature clubhouse later this year, the vision for a world-class motorsports experience in the heart of Tennessee is becoming a reality,” according to a release by the company.

Located in Cumberland County, Flatrock spans 900 plus acres and, according to the company, delivers “more than just motorsports.”

“It’s a lifestyle destination for performance enthusiasts, luxury seekers, and those looking to be part of a unique and growing community,” according to the release.

Rusty Bittle, Founder of Flatrock Motorclub, understands that the motorsports community is a passionate bunch.

“Selling out our Founding Memberships is a testament to the passion and demand for a private motorsports community unlike any other,” says Bittle. “With our luxury lofts just weeks away from welcoming members and our clubhouse on track for completion by the end of 2025, we are building something truly special, an immersive world where automotive excellence meets unparalleled hospitality.”

There are perks for membership. Members get exclusive track days and “off the track” members will enjoy “modern luxury lofts that combine sleek design with an unmistakable motorsport’s flair.” Flatrock is also adding refined dining, spa services, and a signature pool deck which will become the club’s centerpiece by the end of 2025.

“Though Founding Memberships are no longer available, a limited number of memberships remain. Flatrock Motorclub is not just about driving, it’s about embracing a lifestyle where passion, performance, and prestige are celebrated at every moment,” according to the release.
