Members of America’s Newest Premium Racetrack Take to the 23-Turn Circuit Following 20 Months of Construction

Flatrock Motorclub officially opened its highly anticipated 3.5-mile, 23-turn ‘Club’ circuit to members yesterday. The grand opening event marks a milestone in the track’s development.

It featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the starting grid, followed by the first official laps on the newly completed track. Flatrock Motorsports Park’s developer and founding partner, Rusty Bittle, was the first to drive the track, followed by the attending founding members.

Inaugural lap – was the first to drive the track.

“We are beyond thrilled to open the ‘Club’ track to our members today. After months of hard work and dedication, it’s amazing to see them on track, enjoying what we’ve built. Flatrock is destined to become one of the top motorsport destinations, and this is just the beginning. I can’t wait to see where we go from here as we continue to develop and expand the facility,” said Rusty Bittle Developer and Founding Partner of Flatrock Motorsports Park.

The event celebrated the culmination of over 20 months of construction and planning, bringing to life a world-class circuit that promises an “exhilarating driving experience.”

Construction on the venue in Cumberland County began in Oct. 2022, with meticulous work carried out to ensure the track met the highest standards. The Transtec Group, specialists in pavement engineering, oversaw the technical paving and grading process, using locally sourced materials from Tennessee to create a durable, high-performance surface with three layers of asphalt.
