COOKEVILLE – The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have the east bound lane of East 10th Street closed on Tuesday, Dec. 21 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lane closure will be between 1045 E. 10th Street and the intersection at Fisk Road as water and sewer taps are being made.
