Image Hotel management plans condominiums, apartments and retail
Cookeville – Hariohm Partnership (HP), also known as Image Hotel Management (IHM), in Cookeville, has spent $11M to purchase 0.67 acres at 219, 221 and 225 14th North Ave. N. in Midtown Nashville. There are no current plans for construction, but IHM told the Upper Cumberland Business Journal they do have a vision for the property.
The purchase is for “future use”, but according to Image Hotel Management CEO Neal Patel, they jumped at the opportunity to purchase land in such a quickly growing area.
“Midtown is a great area, with a great future,” Patel told the Upper Cumberland Business Journal. “We are planning for a couple of towers.”
This a joint venture with Roers Cos. out of Minnesota who had previously eyed purchasing the land and spent $7.3M on adjacent properties.
“We are looking at a combination of apartments and condominiums on that site,” said Patel. “We are also going to have retail on the bottom floors. That is the plan right now.”
Image hotel management operates Comfort Inn, Comfort Inn Suites by choice and Quality inn in Cookeville. They operate a total of 25 hotels.
