Lighting system needs to retrofit and changed from ballast to LED dimmable fixtures
According to a release by the city of Cookeville, the city’s Public Building Authority will accept bids for replacement of the lighting system in the Estes Williams room of the Leslie Town Centre (LTC) until 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24 in the LTC Building at 1 West First Street in Cookeville.
“All bids should be addressed to Public Building Authority dba Leslie Town Centre. The Public Building Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All potential bidders must visit the site before bidding,” according to the City of Cookeville.
The lighting system needs to retrofit and changed from ballast to LED dimmable fixtures, according to the city. The dimming controls should have “6 to 10 zones.”
All questions regarding specifications should be addressed to Kathryn Molina, Director, Leslie Town Centre at 931-372-7200.
Items needing to be replaced are:
Option A:
- Can Lights
- Linear Florescent Fixtures
- Wall Sconces
- Stage Track Lighting

- Can Lights
- Wall Sconces
- Stage Track Lighting
