New agent is the 2nd generation in his family to serve the local community
COOKEVILLE – Grant F. Burckhard has joined New York Life as an agent for the company. He is the second generation of the Burckhard family to become a New York Life agent and will focus on working with small business, new families and professionals.

Burckhard’s parents are New York Life agents. His father was a New York Life agent for five years and retired in January 2020. His mother began the legacy when she joined the company in 2007 and has been a New York Life agent for nearly 15 years.
Prior to joining New York Life, Burckhard attended Tennessee Technological University and operated his own businesses including small engine repair, property management maintenance and fish taxidermy. Always interested in helping others, he has also volunteered at Hanna Manna’s, a therapeutic horse-riding program for special needs children. He is excited to join the New York Life team and looks forward to serving his community.
