New Jefferson Avenue Storefront Features Rotating Flavors, Coffee and Takeout Desserts
(UCBJ) – Glammy’s Cheesecakes’ (GC) first brick-and-mortar location is officially open at 565 S. Jefferson Ave. Cookeville, and the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce was on hand for the ribbon-cutting.
GC has built a loyal following across the Upper Cumberland through its cheesecake truck. It is known for its handcrafted desserts. Company owner Sherry Anderson, and community supporters were on hand.
Glammy’s Cheesecakes is a family-run operation.
The menu features:
- petite cheesecakes
- whole cheesecakes with a variety of toppings
- individual cheesecake slices
- dipped cheesecake slices
- frozen dipped bananas and cheesecake parfaits
As the seasons change, so too does the choice of cheesecakes, according to the Chamber. And, of course, there’s the cold brew coffee. Glammy’s Cheesecakes is a family-run operation with “heart baked into everything they do.”
