Criteria measured included overall customer experience and service performance
Cookeville – Averitt Express has been named the 2022 Regional LTL Carrier of the Year by Uber Freight, a transportation management and technology services provider.
The award was given to Averitt in recognition of the company’s less-than-truckload (LTL) services. Associates of Uber Freight were surveyed to determine the winner of the award. The criteria that were measured in the survey included overall customer experience, service performance, technology integration, data reporting and claims management.
This is the third time Averitt has received a Regional Carrier of the Year award from Uber Freight, the second for LTL and once for truckload.
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication that our drivers and associates bring to the job every day,” said Kent Williams, Averitt’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “We strive to deliver a service that our customers can always count on, and we’re humbled to be recognized by our partners at Uber Freight.”
