COOKEVILLE –Wendy Arnett, RN, was recognized at the recent Cookeville Regional Medical Center Board (CRMC) of Trustees meeting as CRMC’s April Celebrity of the Month.
Arnett is a RN in the 5E medical stepdown/peds unit. She was recognized for assisting a very agitated patient by singing “This Little Light of Mine.”
“Your calm, confident demeanor was very soothing to the patient,” said Paul Korth, CRMC CEO, upon awarding Arnett with her certificate during May’s board of trustees meeting. “Your kindness is noticed by your co-workers and greatly appreciated.”
Arnett was joined at the presentation by her supervisor, Mary Alexander.
The Caught in the Act program recognizes employees who give excellent customer service. Recipients receive a certificate and recognition for their acts of wonderful service.
