UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions of March 2022

PUTNAM COUNTY – Sale prices for residential properties dipped slightly but remained high in March 2022, with the top five sales hovering at or above the $730,000 mark. This month’s most expensive residential property transaction came in at $885,000 and featured a designer kitchen and outdoor living space. For the third consecutive month, a swimming pool was included in the top selling house. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for March 2022.
