COOKEVILLE – The Food Lab at Hix Farms Brewery recently hosted a ribbon cutting event for their location at 54 S Cedar Ave, Cookeville, TN. Since 2015 Hix Farm Brewery has been crafting beers for all kinds of different taste buds. Now Hix Farm offers craft food for craft beer drinkers. They have a variety of items on their menu and offer weekly specials that pair well with their locally brewed beers.
Business hours are Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. They are also open on Sunday from 12 p.m to 8 p.m.
