UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in October 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – The real estate market shows no signs of slowing, with 29 property sales above the $400,000 mark for the third consecutive month. The most expensive residential property transaction in October was a farm in the western portion of the county with 82.69 acres that sold for $1,035,000. There was a significant price drop to the second highest residential property sale that came in at $973,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for October 2021.
