Evening will include a reception and appetizer hour
The Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation’s Heart Fund will benefit from proceeds raised at the upcoming “Women’s Heart” event scheduled for Thursday Feb. 6, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Leslie Town Centre, 1 W. 1st St in Cookeville.
This impactful evening will include a reception and appetizer hour, a seated dinner, a heart-health presentation and an awards ceremony. Sponsored by Tennessee Heart, the event will feature a keynote presentation by Cardiologist Dr. Noel Torres and will culminate with the prestigious Martin Coffey Cardiovascular Service Award.
Attendees will also hear inspiring testimonials from heart patients Dr. Bert Geer and Ginger Ball. Tickets are available for $40 per person or $500 for a reserved table sponsorship; and can be purchased at www.CookevilleRegionalCharity.org or call 931-783-2003.
All tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Proceeds from the event will support the Heart Fund, which provides essential assistance to local cardiac patients. Services include access to life-saving equipment, medications, health services, transportation and other critical home needs. The Women’s Heart event is expected to raise an estimated 75% of the funds needed to continue these vital services for the year.
