WCTE/PBS presents ‘Decoding COVID-19’ on NOVA

COOKEVILLE – WCTE PBS will be airing “Decoding COVID-19” on NOVA Wednesday, May 13 at 8 p.m. CST and again on Sunday, May 17 at midnight.

The coronavirus SARS CoV-2 has upended life as we know it in a matter of mere months. At the same time, an unprecedented global effort to understand and contain the virus—and find a treatment for the disease it causes—is underway. NOVA joins doctors on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19 as they strategize to stop the spread, and meet the researchers racing to develop treatments and vaccines.

WCTE has served the Upper Cumberland for more than 40 years as the regions premier storyteller and is the only television station in a 75-mile radius of Cookeville, making it a strategic partner in education, health services, government, arts and music. WCTE is a 501(c) 3, and is owned and operated by the Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council. WCTE is one of only 350 PBS member stations nationwide.
