County plans to replace JCPenney with the new health Department

Warren County – Warren County Executive Terry Bell recently announced the county now owns Three Star Mall in McMinnville and plans major “improvements” with construction beginning in Dec., according to reports.

“We have the keys to it. We have been over there and looked at it and we need to get something done about the roof right away,” Bell said at a county meeting.

The county plans to replace JCPenney with the new health Department while the rest of the space will be filled with a senior center, UCHRA and the veterans service office.

The renovations will be funded by a $9 million grant received by the County.
