Saturday starts the Grand Opening Singles 8-Ball Tournament
This Friday, Dec. 13, Stix Billiards & Lounge is celebrating its Grand Opening at 2020 North Willow Avenue in Cookeville.
The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) will be on hand for the event.
“Join us in celebrating the grand opening of Stix Billiards & Lounge! We will kick off the festivities with the official ribbon cutting Friday,” according to the Chamber. “Following the ribbon cutting, there will be pro clinics featuring Rodney “the Rocket” Morris and Mike Massey, challenge matches, and a meet and greet with photos and autographs.”

“We’re excited to bring a fresh new spot for pool, great company and refreshing drinks to Cookeville,” said Stix in a statement. “To start, we’ll be serving up ice-cold beer, soda, tea and coffee – everything you need to keep the good times rolling!”
Stix is open Monday to Wednesday 4 p.m. to Midnight and Thursday to Saturday Noon to 2 a.m. and Sunday Noon to Midnight. For more information and a full list of events visit HERE.
