PUTNAM COUNTY – Real estate is selling at a rapid pace in Putnam County, but the transactions aren’t always recorded in a timely manner. This is the case with February’s top sale, which was actually sold Dec. 21, 2020, but the property transfer wasn’t taken to the Register of Deeds office to be recorded until Feb. 3, 2021. These are the most expensive home transactions recorded in Putnam County in February 2021.
