Topping our list is a 4,972 square foot, five bedroom and five-bathroom home
Cookeville – The housing market seemed to improve in August as all three homes on our list sold for over $600,000.
Last August, the market had dipped after the first half 2022 before improving as the summer came to a close including a home at 12150 Nashville Highway in Baxter selling for $1,000,042. Last month, the same was true as home sales improved once again, and The Upper Cumberland Business Journal (UCBJ) brings you a list of some of the most beautiful of those homes sold in Putnam County.
Topping our list is the 4,972 square foot, five bedroom and five-bathroom home (pictured above and below) at 2333 Timothy Drive in Cookeville that sold for $775,000. The two-story traditional home features high ceilings and open stairs. It also features natural hardwoods. The kitchen opens to a gathering room with nature views. There is a main level study and formal dining room, and the partially finished walkout basement has 977 sq ft home theater with its own kitchenette.
