Second Annual Fundraiser Brings Police Officers And Texas Roadhouse Teams Together Across TN
(UCBJ) – Texas Roadhouse (TR) restaurants across the state, including the Cookeville location at 1275 Interstate Drive, will team up with local police officers Sept. 29 for the second annual “Tip-A-Cop” events benefiting Special Olympics Tennessee, which “transforms the lives of people with intellectual disabilities, allowing them to realize their full potential in sports and in life.”
The fundraiser will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., with participating TR locations across the state holding their events during the same week. TR is known for giving back to the communities it serves, and this event is no exception, with 100% of all donations going directly to Special Olympics Tennessee.
