The celebration was for more than just the expansion

Wednesday afternoon, Texas Roadhouse (TR) in Cookeville held a ribbon-cutting event celebrating the steakhouse’s 300-square-foot expansion. The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) and county officials were on hand for the vent.

“Congratulations to Texas Roadhouse on its new! With 56 additional seats, they’re ready to welcome even more guests,” said Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter in a statement.

Ribbon cutting – Texas Roadhouse expanded its Cookeville restaurant.

The celebration was for more than just the expansion, however. TR has also been in business for four years in the city.

“Owners Jim and Bridgett Jolly welcome everyone to come in and check out the new addition,” said Porter.

“Owner Jim Jolly and his team continue to set the standard, not only in hospitality but also in community involvement, consistently supporting local causes through fundraisers, partnerships and events that bring people together. Here’s to continued growth and many more years of success,” said the Chamber in a statement.
