COOKEVILLE – Swallows Insurance announced that Monica Goolsby joined the agency as an employee benefits specialist. Goolsby is a native of Monterey. She moved to Cookeville a few years after graduating high school and attended Tennessee Tech University.
Goolsby has her Life and Health Insurance License and has worked in employee benefits insurance for six years.
“As we have continued to grow, we have seen the need to departmentalize all of our specialty divisions,” said Matt Swallows, president of The Swallows Agencies. “We have been diligently looking for someone to spearhead our life and employee benefits department. Goolsby has two wonderful children, Catelyn, 18, who will be attending TTU in the fall in the Nursing program and Cole, 17, who will be graduating Cookeville High School in May 2020. Goolsby and her family love animals, especially their two-year-old Australian Shepherd, Toby, and their adopted cat, Winston. Goolsby is thrilled to be a part of the Swallows Insurance team and looks forward to what is ahead!
