Region’s first multispecialty practice
Tier 1 Surgery Center (Tier 1), part of Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Institute, is celebrating its Grand Opening in Putnam County.
“This new facility features 4 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms designed for same-day surgeries, expanding their mission to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care right here at home,” according to the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.
Festivities kick off at 4 p.m. Nov. 11. Tier 1 is the region’s first multispecialty practice.
“… Tier 1 offers comprehensive services including neurosurgery orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management and physical therapy, all in one convenient location. Join us for an open house and ribbon cutting to check out the new space and learn more,” according to the Chamber.

- Ribbon Cutting – 4 p.m.
- Open House – 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
