Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) along with other law enforcement partners, served multiple active arrest warrants on multiple individuals
The Putnam County Sheriff’s office (PCSO) recently conducted what it calls “operation Seasons Greetings.”
“After months of drug investigations, The PCSO launched a countywide operation called ‘Seasons Greetings.’ On Monday, December 2, the Putnam County Grand Jury indicted 18 individuals on various crimes, mostly for illegal drug crimes,” said Sheriff Eddie Farris.
On Dec. 6, 2024, the PCSO along with other law enforcement partners, served multiple active arrest warrants on multiple individuals living in Putnam County.
“As a result, the following individuals have been located and arrested at this time,” according to a release by the PCSO. “8 Individuals were charged and several types of drugs, including Methamphetamine and Fentanyl, were discovered. During the arrest today these drugs were discovered and seized as well as other drug paraphernalia.”
The following subjects were arrested and charged:
- Vanessa Nichole Hammock – Age 32, charged with Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Methamphetamine, Manufacture, Sell Delivery of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of ANPP and Possession of Fentanyl. Hammock has a bond of $100,000 and a history of 3 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Anna Nicole Smith – Age 42, charged with 3 counts of Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Schedule II Drugs, 2 counts of Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Xylazine, 2 counts of Possession of ANPP, 5 counts of Possession of Fentanyl. Smith has a bond of $75,000 and a history of 5 prior arrests in Putnam County.
- Crystal Michell Harville – Age 42, charged with Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Schedule I Drugs, Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Xylazine, Possession of ANPP, Possession of Cocaine and possession of Fentanyl. Harville has a bond of $75,000 and a history of 3 prior arrests.
- David Doyle Riley– Age 62, charged with Manufacture, Sell, Delivery of Schedule VI Drugs. Riley has a bond of $10,000 and a history of 2 arrests in Putnam County.
The following subjects were already incarcerated in the Putnam County Jail for various other crimes and now charged with the following, according to PCSO:
- Jordan O’Neal Davis was charged with Assault on a First Responder. Davis has a bond of
- $5,000, this is his first incarceration in Putnam County.
- Elbert Brian Gleaves was arrested and charged with Contraband in Penal Facility. Gleaves has a bond of $30,000, this is his first incarceration in Putnam County.
- Lamont Deshannon Gist was charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery, Sell Methamphetamine. Gist has a bond of $150,000 and a history of 61 arrests in Putnam County.
- Michael Jearome Beach II was arrested and charged with 4 counts of Manufacture, Delivery and Sell, of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Beach has a bond of $130,000 and a history of 9 arrests in Putnam County.
Sheriff Farris says the “investigation is ongoing and there are still multiple individuals with outstanding warrants that will soon be found and arrested.”
