Residential real estate biggest transactions of 2021

COOKEVILLE – The sales prices of residential real estate reached new peaks in 2021 with seven of the top 10 sales exceeding the $1 million mark, compared to 2020 when only two home sales eclipsed that mark. In fact, all 10 top sales came in at or above the $950,000 threshold. A pool didn’t appear to be a must-have feature with only four of the 10 homes having one, but acreage was definitely a draw with four having over 24 acres.

What will 2022 bring in terms of real estate values and sales? Only time will tell.
