Check this out. Real Estate Professionals of Tennessee (REPTN) in Cookeville is expanding ownership to enhance the organizations framework, according to the company. This is on the heels of the company’s recent decade of service celebration.
The company says it is “proud to be a locally owned and operated,” and founders Jerry and Brenda Gaw will continue to be the majority shareholders.
“… While welcoming new partners to the REPTN Ownership Team: Jill Gaw Betcher, Sherri Smith, Darlene Uthus and Jake Cobb,” according to REP.
“This expansion aims not only to enhance our market presence, but also to capitalize on new opportunities in the real estate industry. By embracing this diversification, we can strengthen our legacy while providing exceptional service and contributing to the community we proudly serve,” REPTN told the UCBJ.
The transition should be seamless.

Located at 115 N Washington Avenue in Cookeville, over the past decade, the real estate company has reached many milestones.
