Broker specializes in the sale of income producing commercial real estate

According to a report by Shopping Center Business, Cooper Commercial Brokers (CCB) of Cleveland, Ohio has brokered a $3.6 million sale of the 18,700 square foot Taft Church Station (TCS) Shopping Center at 150 Sam Walton Drive in Sparta.

CCB specializes in the sale of income producing commercial real estate. The brokerage has completed over $1.5 billion in sales.

TCS was built in 2004 and three quarters fully leased at the time of the sale.

“Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial represented the seller, a Texas-based private investment group, in the transaction. The Tennessee-based buyer purchased the property with a 7.9% cap rate,” according to the report.

Tenants at the property include:

  • Fast Pace Health Urgent Care
  • Verizon Wireless
  • DaVita Dialysis

The shopping center is shadow anchored by Walmart.

“With our combined experience of almost 60 years in the industry, the group has a strong grasp on the investment market and has earned the recognition and respect from some of the most influential commercial real estate companies and investors around the nation,” according to CCB.
