Realtracs debuts new real estate showing service

News comes on heels of company’s market expansion announcement

NASHVILLE – Realtracs, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, has unveiled Realtracs Showings, a real estate showing service that enables Realtracs’ 18,000 users to schedule showings and manage client feedback. Realtracs is the first MLS to develop a centralized showing service and to offer it to users at no additional cost.

With this new service, users can:

  • Set up and request showing availabilities for listings
  • Track all future and past appointment details
  • Enable sellers to manage showing appointments
  • Request showing feedback
  • Manage showings from the Realtracs app

Realtracs Showings is intended to provide users with a more efficient, seamless MLS experience, and to help agents and brokers increase their volume of showings – facilitating the best possible outcome for their clients. Many Realtracs users previously utilized a third-party showing service that required a separate fee.

“Realtracs Showings was developed as a result of feedback from our users, and is the equivalent of a virtual showings assistant for real estate agents,” said Julie Davis, Realtracs’ chief relationship officer. “Agents wanted a simple, streamlined and reliable showing service – one that could easily be used within our system and app. This is just the latest example of how we’re evolving our MLS to meet the needs of our customers.”

Earlier in the month, Realtracs announced plans to become Tennessee’s first statewide MLS in order to simplify the real estate marketplace across the state. Currently, many real estate agents in Tennessee utilize multiple MLSs to access listing information across markets. Realtracs is initially expanding to the Greater Memphis and Chattanooga areas, with future plans to enter other Tennessee markets. The company believes the addition of a showing service to its technology platform further simplifies the listing management experience for users.

“We are proud to be the first MLS to offer an in-app showing service at no additional cost to our users,” said Realtracs President and CEO Stuart White. “If you are selling your home, you want your Realtor to be equipped with a quality showing service in order to efficiently manage showing appointments and to solicit helpful feedback from buyers. Home buyers and sellers should be confident that agents who use Realtracs have the tools they need to help them have a successful real estate journey.”
