“America’s Labor Crisis” Featuring Mike Rowe and Dave Ramsey
Nashville – Inflation, fears of a recession, ongoing supply chain issues and a whole host of other economic obstacles have plagued small businesses for the past three years. One of the biggest pain points has been labor issues. Over 4 million people have left their jobs every month for six months in a row according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, raising the question: Is the “great resignation” a short-term trend or the new normal?
