The real estate market nationally showed 3.84 million units sold with a median price of $404,500. Housing starts for September sat at 1,354,000 while new home sales for August were 716,000. In celebration of Halloween, let’s take look at the market locally and the UCBJ top residential transactions in Putnam County for September.
