The expansion has been a process
Cookeville – According to the May Reso Report presented by Upper Cumberland Commercial (UCC), Nashville based Urology group Pazona M.D. is expanding their growing practice to offices located at 1101 Neal Street in Cookeville. Pazona does have a small presence in Cookeville already.
The expansion is something UCC says has been a process.
“They had a small office here,” said Craig Hughes, Principal Broker of UCC. “They wanted something with their own footprint, and we were able to accommodate them.”
Hughes says in as little as three weeks the carpet will be replaced, new flooring installed and the entire space will be painted.
“We are looking forward to seeing them expand,” he said. “That is a Nashville company coming to Cookeville. That shows us a lot about business expansion here.”
Dr. Joseph Pazona is a board certified urologist with over a decade of experience who specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques, “So you can recover faster and get back to doing what you love quicker,” according to their website.
He offers urinary incontinence treatment, Urolift for enlarged prostates and so-called ‘No-Needle, No-Scalpel Vasectomy’ procedures, among other services.
