Clinic offers preventative care, routine check-ups, chronic condition management and acute care
Primary Care of Jamestown (PCJ), located at 101 S Duncan Street in Jamestown and the city’s newest full-service Rural Health Clinic, held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on April 18th, according to a release by the Fentress County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber).
The event, “marked a significant milestone for both the clinic and the local community.”
“Situated downstairs from the Acute Care Clinic, Primary Care of Jamestown is now offering comprehensive health care services to Jamestown and surrounding areas. The clinic is now accepting new patients and is dedicated to addressing the wellness needs of its community with top-tier, compassionate care,” according to the Chamber.
Providers at Primary Care of Jamestown include:

- Johnny Presley, PA-C
- Richard Clark, M.D.
“Together, they bring years of experience in family medicine, preventative care, and health management to their patients. Whether it’s routine checkups, managing chronic conditions, or addressing immediate health concerns, the team at Primary Care of Jamestown is ready to serve,” according to the Chamber.
PCJ offers preventative care, routine check-ups, chronic condition management and acute care.
