Market celebrated with a Grand Opening celebration
Squirky’s Eatery & Market (SEM), a local artisan, coffee shop and bakery in Macon County recently celebrated its footprint with a Grand Opening celebration at 552 Lafayette Road in Red Boiling Springs.
SEM is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. It is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.

WOW… I am just overwhelmed with gratitude today. Thank you to every single person who sent good vibes, showed up and supported our grand opening from 11–2. You showed up and showed out, and I’m beyond thankful! thanks to my Sissy for bringing my daddy & mom today!!
We ran out of food before noon (something I never expected!)—and to those who had to grab pizza instead of barbecue, I promise that for our anniversary we’ll be ready with double the amount of pork and chicken. Thanks Amber & Eric for smoking all that pork! Even after the food was gone, you all stayed, visited and made the day unforgettable.
A huge thank-you to the musicians who filled the air with amazing music, and to my husband and best friend for always making my dreams come true.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you, thank you, thank you. This community is incredible and today was proof of just how blessed I am to be surrounded by you all.
