“Mint to Be is about stripping away the excess” – Mint To Be
Mint to Be (MTB), a small unique “micro chapel” offering signings and elopement ceremonies at 145 South Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony March 7 at 10 a.m.
The grand opening will continue through Saturday, March 8.
“Join us … to celebrate this significant milestone in our journey,” according to a release by MTB.
The chapel is “conveniently situated facing the County Clerk’s office.”
Tate Craig, found of MTB, says he has provided “a welcoming environment for couples to celebrate their unions.”
“After many years of volunteering officiation services within the community, Tate and her family are excited to take the next step in creating a new tourist stop on the map for the area,” according to the release. “With inspiration from Gatlinburg and Vegas chapels, this hidden gem will host a new era of ceremonies. The opening of our new location marks a pivotal moment for us and our commitment to providing memorable, stress-free elopement experiences.”
The event begins at 10 a.m. and activities will include:
- Viewing of the facility
- An introduction to our unique service offerings
- Refreshments
- Opportunities to meet the owner
- Discussion of upcoming events
“Mint to Be is about stripping away the excess and focusing on what truly matters: two people starting a new chapter in a place as cool and chic as their love. Accessible and undeniably fun. This is where new journeys begin,” according to a statement.
