Events will bring thousands of visitors to the region
Monterey is hosting two major motor sports events in April. The events should draw “riders and adventure enthusiasts from across the country,” according to Upper Cumberland Tourism Association (UCTA).
“These events aren’t just about motor sports. They showcase the Upper Cumberland region as a premier destination for outdoor recreation and sporting events,” said Billie Davis, Executive Director of the Upper Cumberland Tourism Association. “Visitors will have the chance to experience the thrill of racing while also exploring our region’s incredible natural beauty, charming small towns and local dining spots.”
The Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Racing Event and the Landers KTM Adventure Bike Rally will bring thousands of visitors to the region.
“… Making Monterey the place to be for motor sports excitement, outdoor adventure and family-friendly fun,” according to UCTA.
GNCC Racing Event
Where: The Old Gray
When: April 11-13, 2025
“As part of the nationally recognized GNCC Racing Series, this off-road competition will feature elite and amateur riders tackling rugged terrain in one of the most exciting motorsports events of the year. Whether you’re a die-hard racing fan or just looking for an unforgettable weekend experience, this event promises high-speed thrills and nonstop action,” According to UCTA.
Landers KTM Adventure Bike Rally
Where: Monterey
When: April 25 to 27
“Two weeks later, adventure bikers across the U.S. will roll into Monterey for the Landers KTM Adventure Bike Rally. This event is perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts eager to explore scenic routes, winding backroads and breathtaking landscapes of the Upper Cumberland region. With group rides, networking opportunities, and plenty of local charm, it’s a must-attend event for riders looking to experience the ultimate adventure,” according to UCTA.
