CHS Trades Class is leading construction of a home
CHC Mechanical says it is proud to support Cookeville High School and is supporting the Cookeville High School Trades Class in a project that will build a house on campus for the school’s Independence Program.
“This program provides challenged students with the opportunity to learn and practice important life skills,” according to CHC.
The program has recently relocated.
“While the Independence Program has long been housed at Tennessee Tech, the decision was made to expand the initiative by adding a program at Cookeville High School. The CHS Trades Class, which we’ve been honored to work alongside for the past three years, is leading the construction of the home,” according to CHC.
CHC is donating an HVAC system to the project.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and be a part of such a meaningful project that will benefit students in our local community,” according to CHC.
