Tournament is a shotgun start, best-ball, four-man scramble

Ford of Cookeville (FOC) will once again play host its annual charity golf tournament this year. The event, played at White Plains Golf Course, will benefit the Putnam County YMCA.

Tee it up May 17.

“Our tournament is a shotgun start, best-ball, four-man scramble filled with fun games and prizes! Putting tournament, straightest drive, longest drive, there’s something for everyone,” according to a release by FOC.

The $400 team entry covers breakfast, lunch, drinks, a goody bag and entry into a prize raffle.

Ford of Cookeville Drive for a Cause Team details:

  • Please input your team(s) information in the fields below.
  • Individual team entries are $400 per team (four players).
  • Mulligans(for those rare mishits)are available for $5 each. Limit two per person.

Payment can be made by cash or check at the event or by credit card before the event at Ford of Cookeville at 1600 Interstate Drive. Make checks out to Ford of Cookeville with Drive for a Cause in the memo line.
