The bank planned to start building the Cookeville branch at the beginning of 2020

Cookeville – First Bank of Cookeville recently held an official ribbon cutting with the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the newest branch at 749 S. Willow Ave. in Cookeville. The bank planned to start building the Cookeville branch at the beginning of 2020, but setbacks pushed the ground breaking back a year before finally putting shovel to dirt in 2022.

“Moving branches took a lot of teamwork,” Branch Manager Ian Robson told UCBJ. “So many moving parts, but we worked together, and we were able to make it happen.”
