Space now includes fans for warmer weather and a floor heating system
Fire & Vine is celebrating the grand reveal of their newly renovated rooftop at 115 West First Street in Cookeville next Monday (Nov. 17) at 3:30 p.m., according to ownership.
The meet and greet will feature new Executive Chef Ryan SeRine, and along with the public, the Cookeville Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) will be on hand for the event.
“Guests will enjoy delicious appetizers, handcrafted cocktails, and a special toast alongside community leaders and media as the stunning new space is unveiled,” according to the Chamber.
The rooftop reveal party is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m.
“The rooftop’s fresh design and inviting atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for memorable gatherings, making it a must-see addition to Cookeville’s dining scene,” according to the Chamber.
Comfort was a top priority in the new design, and the space now includes fans for warmer weather and a floor heating system. The new louvered roof opens or closes at the touch of a button while shielding guests from the weather and expanding seating.
It is Cookeville’s only Westside rooftop dining.
“This increases the amount of time we can serve guests on the rooftop,” Owner Barry Reese told the UCBJ. “It’s about comfort, atmosphere, and making sure our guests have an elevated experience no matter when they visit.”
F&V is open Monday to Thursday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 to 9 p.m.
