Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) was on hand for the event

Domino’s Pizza – Monterey, located at 124 E Commercial Avenue in Monterey held an official ribbon cutting June 5.

The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) was on hand for the event.

“We were excited to officially welcome Domino’s to Monterey today,” according to the Chamber.  Owned by Jon and Danielle Powers, this location marks their 10th Domino’s across the Upper Cumberland. They’re proud to be part of the Monterey community and grateful for the warm welcome they’ve received.”

The Powers family has been serving communities since 2002 and is “known for award-winning leadership, a strong team culture, and a passion for giving back.”

“Jon, originally from Kingsport, has consistently been recognized for excellence, earning the prestigious International Franchise Association’s Gold Franny Award four times in the last five years,” according to the Chamber. “The Gold Franny is the highest honor bestowed upon a Domino’s franchisee and is awarded to only the top 2% of franchisees worldwide.”
