CROSSVILLE – In a recent study by financial technology company SmartAsset, Cumberland County residents were determined to have the highest net worth among residents of Tennessee.
The study set out to find the places where people have the highest net worth. The study used an index to measure net worth, income and debt across counties in the U.S. to see where people have the highest per capita net worth.
Other counties in Tennessee that ranked in the top 10 include Williamson, Wilson, Loudon, Cheatham, Carroll, Fayette, Benton, Humphreys and Hardeman.
