(UCBJ) – Cravens & Company Advisors, LLC (CCA), headquartered in Cookeville, today announced that Caleb Rouse has earned CFP® certification and that Taylor Stafford has been promoted to Operations and Compliance Manager after earning the Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation.

Rouse has completed CFP Board’s education, examination, experience and ethics requirements and is now authorized to use the CFP® certification marks. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Tennessee Technological University, completed CFP Board-registered coursework through Boston University and holds the Series 65 license.

Since joining CCA in 2023, Rouse has become an integral contributor to the firm’s investment research process, including its proprietary Quality Focus equity strategy.

“When we promoted Caleb earlier this year, we said he was the future of this firm. Earning CFP® certification is another important step in that journey. His commitment to mastering his craft and serving clients well is exactly what we want to cultivate at CCA,” said Wayne Cravens, president and lead adviser of Cravens & Company Advisors.

Stafford has been promoted from Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to Operations and Compliance Manager.

Reporting to Sandra Wilson, director of Operations and Client Services, she now manages day-to-day execution of the firm’s operational, client billing and compliance activities.

Stafford holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tennessee Technological University. She earned the Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation through the University of St. Thomas School of Law in partnership with the National Society of Compliance Professionals. The program focuses on compliance for SEC- and FINRA-regulated investment advisers and broker-dealers.

“In our business, trust is everything, and strong compliance and operations help protect that trust every day. Taylor’s promotion and completion of the CSCP program reflect both her growth and how seriously this firm takes the responsibility of serving clients well,” said Cravens.

The announcements follow CCA’s April appointment of Benjamin Doty, CFA, as director of Investments, continuing its deliberate investment in people and capabilities.
